I just wanted to write to you to tell you how consistently pleased I am with your service at the Kuhnsville Car Wash, and how I was reminded of it this past weekend.

This past Saturday, February 18, 2012, I was in the Reading area and decided to try the Cloister Car Wash off route 724 (http://www.cloistercarwash.com/) .   Quite an impressive establishment but I was extremely unhappy with the results of my car wash.  I had found an online coupon for $4.00 off their service.  This was for their  “Best Wash” and Interior cleaning.  The interior cleaning was described as dusting of the consoles and dashboard, wiping of the door jams, and vacuuming.   I also decided to have them wash my front and rear rubber mats.   My fist shock was to watch them place my soaking/dripping wet floor mats back in the my Tahoe LTZ.  The entire purpose of buying those extra rubber mats is to keep the carpet clean and dry.  So much for keeping it dry.   The second thing I noticed, unfortunately as I drove away and the sunlight hit my dash, was that the simulated wood grain dash was still dusty - as were the gauges!  I observed the third frustration the next day (Sunday), as I went to place my groceries in the back I realized that the rear had not been vacuumed.   So it looks like the only “interior” service that was done to my car was that the windows were wiped.  Nothing else was done.  Unfortunately they did not provide the services they promised AND what I paid for.   Yet imagine my appall to watch their employees place dripping wet mats back in my vehicle that I strive so hard to maintain.  I paid close to $30 (even with their online coupon).  The exterior wash itself left salt on the rear hatch/door under the license plate ...again something they missed because they never even hand dried the vehicle  - they left the car as it was after the blowers.  Not good!  Not impressed with the Cloister conglomerate at all!

The Cloister Car Wash made me feel like I was just an assembly line customer and that they rushed me through just to get the job done.  Please know that I have never left your facility unsatisfied.  Please don’t change your customer values in lieu of fast money like the Cloister.  Your attentions to detail and concern for my satisfaction are greatly appreciated.

Each time after having the “Works” done on my 2007 Tahoe LTZ from your facility,  I feel like I just drove the vehicle out of the dealer showroom!

I just wanted you to know that other, “bigger”, establishments don’t satisfy the customer or respect their vehicles like  you do!

   I'm from New Hampshire and every time I come to PA to visit my mother-in-law I stop in for the "WORKS." I even rotate my vehicles when I know I'll be in the area because, you have the best Car Wash in the Country and your group of kids are great!

   The Kuhnsville Car Wash is the only Car Wash I come to… Why? I usually get the "WORKS" and I like the attention to detail that I receive here. Also the kids are great!

   I live in the area and I get the "WORKS" every Sunday. You have the Best Car Wash. There are always 4 kids on my vehicle and I'm out in 10 minutes. Your staff is very friendly too!
